We just purchased our first side-by-side! The Kawasaki brand had been highly recommended to us, so we searched the internet for the nearest Kawasaki dealer. We found the V2 Boat Center online. We had never been to this business and we knew no one there. Being totally new to the world of side-by-sides, we brought a literal page-full of questions. The owner, Gregg, greeted us at the door. Knowing that we needed much help, he spent considerable time with us answering every one of our questions. He made sure that we purchased the right product to meet our needs. Prior to our first visit to V2 Boat Center, we called them twice on the phone. Both Kyle and Ryan prepped us for our first visit and enabled us to bring relevant questions. They were also there with us, in person, to help us through the entire process. Great job, guys! After two test drives around their property, their lead mechanic, Dale, spent considerable time with us, and explained all the technical things of which we needed to be aware. He even gave us answers to questions we might have in the future. Thanks, Dale! We also purchased the extended warranty, which gives us the assurance of full mechanical coverage for the next seven years. Yes, we hesitated at first, but with such an important purchase, we decided that the peace of mind and the continued support was truly worth it.

In conclusion, Gregg, the owner, runs a GREAT family business. He shows us that he cares about his customers, both by what he does personally and by the people who work for him. We had a great experience with the whole staff The whole team were very knowledgeable and made sure we know our UTV thoroughly, answered all our questions and they were all very friendly and very caring staff ( Thumbs up to all of them)

The hole team there where very nice and thorough on everything.Drove 90 miles and had 2 other dealers 30 miles closer to my house and got a better deal.please give them a chance you have nothing to lose

We recently purchased a new pontoon boat from V2. From the time we walked in, till the time we left the boat was a pleasurable Experience. We worked with Bob who is very knowledgeable with all aspects of the boat buying experience. On the day of pickup, Bob walked us thru the inspection process and went over every detail of the boat. I live out of town and had a winterization done on my boat. V2 was able to pick up and drop off my boat. Appreciate the convenient service.
